Stealing Joy

Greetings and a fond salutation.
You gave me a singular elation
with that sweet kiss at goodbye.
I'm still so high I could, yes, fly.

Though perhaps of this it is unwise
I'm feeling the dream on for size.
My shape, color, and you're gorgeous.
Your beauty would be so torturous
I feel some fear about our connection
for I couldn't help my heart's direction.

Your clarity, the depth of association
you showed me sparks fascination,
and my clarity suddenly has color, hue,
subtleties refracting the light off you.

Beautiful prism, diamond and lamp,
your eyes, gems, images upon me stamp.
Even now your face is before me
and myriad snowflake memories free
my own association with deep beauty
such that some wisdom becomes my duty.

So sorry I had to write you this verse
but without I'd have felt, yes, worse.
Did you feel the same grounding I did,
or does believing in soul make me a kid?

I knew then and say now ask me anything.
I'd enjoy helping, please give a ring.
My messages and meanings in rhyme
affords me such a glorious quiet time...

I am stealing joy with the memory of you.
To never have more the world'd go blue!
