Options To Be With Me

My thoughts of you are frequent
as I ponder what heaven's sent,
and I am for knowing you better.

I should've sent many a letter,
but I'd assumed you did know
when I'm consolidated I'd show
you options to be with me.

Alas, nothing worthwhile's free,
so we pay by time and heartache.
We are tested if hope we'll take
despite frustrations of living.

To ourselves we are best giving
if we cherish a fond future
seeking what happiness' sure
from those we do already know.
With you I feel I'd surely grow...

and perhaps make you happy.
Of such I'd not speak snappy,
for your well-being matters.
I would not leave you in tatters.

I hope we can shape a life
with each other there's no strife
so we can our dynamic enjoy.
We together were so strong
it does not seem any way wrong
for our making plans together.

It only depends now on whether
we pay the prices and persevere.
It is difficult... but have no fear
we can create what we need.

With God you might now plead
to help us be together soonest.
I do... and by such hope I'm blest!
